Certified quality of a high standard
Our industrial complete PC systems are readily configured units suitable for 19" racks or individual housings. We carefully assemble each system in a separate ESD protected production area using high-quality components. Our industrial PCs are exposed to a 24/48 hour burn-in endurance test and, by request, to customer-specific test procedures. Thus you can be absolutely sure to obtain a thoroughly tested and reliable industrial PC system.
Numerous customers have established production partnerships with us, e.g. for industrial PC systems, because continuity and reliability with respect to quality and deliverability are very important for them. So we are not only suppliers, but co-producers in a mutual partnership.
Besides the installation of operating systems, we can also record complete images on the industrial PCs and carry out quality inspections using our own or custom-designed test procedures according to the respective requirements. If this is not enough, we can furthermore offer to deliver the industrial PCs directly to the end customer on behalf of and with delivery not of our customers as an OEM product. Of course discretion is our prime principle here.

We only use proved and tested brand components for our industrial PCs. In particular, we care about professional wiring within the IPC housings and optimal aeration with high-class ventilators and CPU cooling units. The industrial mainboards used are durable. Unlike the shortlived mainboards on the consumer market, our boards are available with the same layout over several years. This means reliability and continuity over many years. The still frequenty used ISA plug-in card is also supported by our industrial PCs. Two to four ISA cards can be operated with the ATX mainboards. Even with the latest CPU versions.
All products are manufactured in our company in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, the respective production processes are documented.
