For more than 25 years we have been committed to our customers. Therefore we have always invested for the customer's benefit. The high quality standard of our products comes up to our customers' expectations – but that is not enough for us.
We doubled our production area in January 2004 and turned it into a closed ESD protection area. Grounded floor, ESD workbenches, chairs, shelves, clothing and shoes – we have considered everything and now produce your equipment in a consistently ESD safe production process. The dreaded damage of electronical components by electrostatic discharge - often noticeable much later – is thus excluded from our production process.
A further investment for more customer's benefit was the introduction of serial number traceability on component level. They allow us to trace back every single component of an industrial PC or a panel PC right down to the last detail. Firstly, a product can thus be exactly reproduced and secondly, we can respond quickly and effectively to any faulty batch of components used.
Preventive measures for equipment already in use at our customers' premises can be taken immediately.
For many years, every IPC and PPC has undergone a burn-in endurance test of at least 24 hours (optionally 48 hours) in our climatic chamber at a constant temperature of 40°C.
This final routine test is permanently monitored and recorded while the diagnostic programmes run several test procedures during which all areas of the computers are operated at full capacity. So we can prevent possible failures from the outset.
This package consisting of ESD safe production process, configuration lists and burn-in endurance test provides you with a surplus value exceeding the usual standard on the market. Further additional services complete our growing service portfolio.
We are looking forward to new challenges.
