STAINLESS STEEL PANEL PCs FOR THE PACKAGING AUTOMATION OF FOODSTUFFS
Whether in food processing or packaging, automation is ubiquitous in the modern food industry. Automation of production equipment helps to reduce costs and improve food quality. Our stainless steel equipment series has been specially developed for the food, packaging and pharmaceutical industries. The equipment must also be water-resistant to withstand frequent cleaning and ensure clean food production.
The stainless steel panel PCs with IP69K/IP67/IP65 protection provide an easy-to-clean solution for hygienic environments:

The waterproof industrial PCs have a smooth, fully sealed housing made of high-quality stainless steel and are resistant to corrosion in aggressive environments. For optimal operation, the screens have a projected capacitive PCAP or resistive touch screen and offer precise touch sensitivity in wet environments or with gloves.
Water and dust protection IP69K / IP67 / IP65
The IP (Ingress Protection) code is defined in the international standard IEC 60529 as the classification and degree of protection that mechanical and electrical enclosures provide against ingress, dust, accidental contact and water. The IP classification indicates that the device is resistant to water and dust. For example, IP65 means that the unit is dustproof and protected against water jets. IP69K means that the unit is protected against high pressure (up to 30 bar) and high water temperatures (up to 80 °C).
Our partner Winmate develops its products in-house and always offers innovative solutions for product design. The new P-series panel PC and display are equipped with a waterproof protective tube that provides additional protection. The custom-made waterproof protection tube is pre-installed and provides additional protection for the peripheral cables connected to the unit.
The IP69K series includes a vent valve with an automatic mechanical system as a safety feature that controls and maintains pressure to prevent air circulation problems.
